Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Dayton, Ohio.

Must have the following requirements:
• Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
• BLS - must be able to read and interpret strips
1.5 years exp, exp in a level 1 or 2 preferred
• Travel experience preferred
Must have recent EPIC experience
Unit may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients, ultimately improving both the workload and patient care. Nurses may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the needs of the unit.
Floating and Other Requirements:
• Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to.
• If assigned to MVH, this could include floating main campus (Dayton) south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.
• Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
• Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.
Unit Details:
29-bed/Med Surg unit concentrates on Gynecology, Oncology, and Urogynecology (TVT, Cystoscopy, and A&P repair). General Medical-Surgical diagnoses, including behavioral health that is not eligible for the behavioral health unit, Hematology (Sickle Cell).

Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application.
